개인정보 처리방침Privacy Policy

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정: 이메일 주소, 로그인 식별자, 소셜 로그인이 제공하는 이름과 프로필 사진
• 결제: 요금제와 구매 내역, 금액, 결제일, 청구 국가와 우편번호. 카드 정보는 Stripe가 직접 받으며 운영자는 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.
• 입력과 결과: 카테고리, 주제, 태그, 직접 쓴 대본, 목소리 선택, 만들어 드린 대본과 영상
• 동의 기록: 동의한 문서 버전, 동의 시각, IP 주소와 브라우저
• 이용·기기 정보: IP 주소, 브라우저와 기기 종류, 접속 시각, 오류 기록, 로그인 유지를 위한 필수 쿠키
• 문의: 보내 주신 메시지

2. 이용 목적

서비스 제공(영상 제작), 계정 관리, 결제·크레딧·환불 처리, 문의 응대, 서비스 안내, 보안과 부정 이용 방지, 오류 수정, 법적 의무 이행에 씁니다.

개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 맞춤형 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 공유와 처리 업체

개인정보는 운영자를 대신해 처리하는 아래 업체에만 전달합니다.

• Clerk — 로그인과 계정 보안(미국)
• Stripe — 결제, 구독, 환불(미국)
• Cloudflare — 웹사이트 호스팅, 보안, 영상 저장(전 세계)
• Neon — 데이터베이스(서버 싱가포르)
• OpenRouter와 이를 통해 연결되는 AI 모델 제공자 — 자료 조사, 대본·문구 생성(미국 등)
• Comfy Org와 이를 통해 연결되는 AI 모델 제공자 — 이미지, 영상, 음성 생성(미국 등)

AI 제공자에게는 영상 제작에 필요한 내용(주제, 태그, 대본, 장면 설명)만 보내며 이메일이나 계정 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 입력란에 다른 사람의 개인정보나 민감한 정보를 적지 마세요. 법에 따라 요구되거나 운영자와 이용자의 권리를 지키기 위해 필요한 경우 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

4. 보관 기간

• 계정 정보, 입력과 영상: 회원이 삭제하거나 탈퇴할 때까지
• 결제와 동의 기록: 세무·회계·소비자 보호 법령에 따라 최대 5년
• 서버·로그인 기록: 약 3개월

5. 이용자의 권리

alpha@soeasyshorts.com로 개인정보 열람, 정정, 내보내기, 삭제나 개별 영상 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 뒤 30일 안에 답변하며, 권리를 행사했다는 이유로 불이익을 주지 않습니다. 캘리포니아 거주자도 캘리포니아 법에 따라 같은 권리를 가지며, 운영자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.

6. 추적 거부(Do Not Track)

운영자는 다른 웹사이트에 걸쳐 이용자를 추적하지 않고 광고·분석 추적 도구를 쓰지 않으므로, 브라우저의 추적 거부(Do Not Track) 신호에 따라 처리 방식을 바꾸지 않습니다.

7. 아동

만 13세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없으며, 그 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 삭제합니다.

8. 보안

암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 쓰고 데이터 접근을 최소화하며 카드 번호를 저장하지 않습니다. 완벽한 보안은 없지만 정보를 지키기 위해 노력합니다.

9. EU·영국 등 해외 이용자(GDPR)

• 개인정보 처리 책임자(Controller): 쿼카랩스 (Quokka Labs)(윤재원), alpha@soeasyshorts.com
• 처리 근거: 이용 계약 이행(서비스와 결제), 정당한 이익(보안, 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 개선), 법적 의무(세무·회계 기록), 그리고 동의를 받은 경우의 동의(언제든 철회 가능)
• 권리: 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 반대, 동의 철회. 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 낼 수도 있습니다.
• 국외 이전: 처리 업체는 미국 등 여러 나라에서 데이터를 처리합니다. 운영자는 표준계약조항(SCC) 등 각 업체의 표준 보호 장치에 의존합니다.

10. 방침 변경

바뀐 방침은 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시하고, 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 이메일이나 서비스 화면으로 알립니다.

1. Information we collect

• Account: email address, sign-in identifier, and the name and profile photo from a social sign-in.
• Payments: plans and purchases, amounts, dates, billing country and postal code. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Content you submit: category, topic, tags, scripts you write, voice choice, and the scripts and videos we make for you.
• Consent records: the policy version you agreed to, when, your IP address and browser.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, error logs, and essential cookies that keep you signed in.
• Support: messages you send us.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (make your videos), run your account, process payments, credits and refunds, answer support requests, send service notices, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, fix bugs, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Sharing and processors

We share information only with service providers that process it for us:

• Clerk — sign-in and account security (US)
• Stripe — payments, subscriptions and refunds (US)
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and video storage (global)
• Neon — database (servers in Singapore)
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers it connects to — research, script and text generation (US and other countries)
• Comfy Org and the AI model providers it connects to — image, video and voice generation (US and other countries)

AI providers receive only what is needed to make your video (topics, tags, scripts and scene descriptions), not your email or account details. Please do not include other people's personal or sensitive information in what you submit. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Retention

• Account data, submissions and videos: until you delete them or your account.
• Payment and consent records: up to 5 years, as required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws.
• Server and sign-in logs: about 3 months.

5. Your rights and choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or delete individual videos, by emailing alpha@soeasyshorts.com. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. California residents have these rights under California law; we do not sell or share personal information.

6. Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites and use no advertising or analytics trackers, so we do not change our practices in response to Do Not Track signals.

7. Children

The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to data, and never store card numbers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Users in the EU, UK and other regions (GDPR)

• Controller: Quokka Labs (Jaewon Yoon), alpha@soeasyshorts.com.
• Legal bases: performing our contract with you (the Service and payments); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the Service); legal obligations (tax and accounting records); and consent where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
• International transfers: our processors handle data in the US and other countries. We rely on their standard safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

10. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect.
