환불 정책Refund Policy

1. 충전 크레딧

• 결제 후 7일 이내에는 쓰지 않은 크레딧을 환불받을 수 있습니다. 하나도 쓰지 않았으면 전액, 일부 썼으면 결제액 × 안 쓴 크레딧 ÷ 지급 크레딧만큼 환불합니다.
• 7일이 지나면 충전은 환불되지 않습니다. 충전 크레딧은 사라지지 않으니 계속 쓰실 수 있습니다.

예시 — 150크레딧 $30: 3일째 하나도 안 씀 → $30.00, 3일째 30크레딧 씀 → $24.00, 8일째 → $0.00

2. 월 구독

• 결제 관리 화면에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 다음 결제는 되지 않고, 현재 결제 주기가 끝날 때까지 구독 크레딧을 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 이번 결제 주기의 크레딧을 하나도 쓰지 않았다면 결제 후 7일 이내에 그 결제액을 환불받을 수 있습니다(예: Creator $49 → $49.00). 이때 구독은 바로 끝납니다.
• 결제 주기가 끝나 사라진 구독 크레딧은 환불되지 않습니다.

3. 제작 실패

영상 제작이 실패하면 그 크레딧은 신청 없이 자동으로 돌려드립니다. 그 사이 쓰였던 구독 크레딧이 사라졌다면, 대신 그 영상을 한 번 무료로 다시 만들 수 있습니다.

4. 환불 신청 방법

가입한 이메일로 alpha@soeasyshorts.com에 결제일이나 영수증을 적어 보내 주세요. 승인된 환불은 Stripe를 통해 원래 결제수단으로 돌아가며 보통 5~10영업일이 걸립니다. 환불한 결제의 남은 크레딧은 회수됩니다. 미국 달러로 환불되므로 환율이나 카드 수수료가 결제 때와 다를 수 있습니다.

5. 법적 권리

이 정책은 거주 국가의 소비자 보호법에 따른 환불·청약철회 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 운영자 쪽 문제로 서비스를 이용하지 못했다면 쓰지 못한 만큼 환불하거나 크레딧으로 보상합니다.

1. Top-up credits

• Within 7 days of purchase, unused credits are refundable: a full refund if you used none, otherwise a partial refund of amount paid × unused credits ÷ credits granted.
• After 7 days, top-ups are not refundable. Top-up credits never expire, so you can keep using them.

Example — 150 credits for $30: none used on day 3 → $30.00; 30 used on day 3 → $24.00; day 8 → $0.00.

2. Monthly plans

• Cancel any time in the billing portal. You won't be charged again, and you keep your plan credits until the end of the current period.
• The current period's payment is refundable within 7 days if you have not used any of its credits (for example, Creator at $49 → $49.00). The plan then ends right away.
• Plan credits that expired at the end of a period are not refundable.

3. Failed videos

If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically — no request needed. If the plan credits it used have expired in the meantime, you can re-run that video once for free instead.

4. How to request a refund

Email alpha@soeasyshorts.com from your account email with the purchase date or receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Unused credits from a refunded purchase are removed. Because refunds are in US dollars, exchange rates or card fees may differ from the original charge.

5. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If we cannot provide the Service because of a problem on our side, we will refund or credit what you could not use.
